Kelley Matlock Rae at Pure Natur Salon is absolutely amazing! She gave me a beautiful haircut and did both color and a cut for my daughter, Sarah—and we are both in love with the results! Rae was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She really listened to what we wanted and made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. We left feeling so refreshed and confident. Highly recommend Rae if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers exceptional work!

Jackie Mott Hello! My husband thought it would be nice to book me a spot for Mothers day! She said you have to put money down. He said yes! He mentioned that we have never done this before! That he was military and has been gone for 3 years...and would like to do something different for mothers Day! She YES HONEY him all the way down the line! Today ( Saturday) not Mothers Day! I get a call from them asking if Im going to be at my appointment at 11:30. I said I was at lunch and its not Mothers Day. She said they are not open on SUNDAYS. That they can reschedule my appointment but they will charge me for today! So that was how my gift went! Happy Mothers DAY to me! You all enjoy any thing you get from here!

Megan Laquet Amanda was wonderful! I was nervous to find a new stylist after moving back to the area, but Amanda did a great job cutting my curly hair and really let my curls shine! She was easy to talk to and asked questions about how I like to wear, care for, and style my hair. I will be a returning customer!

Jessica Gerlt I’m a bit late leaving this review but Brandi is AMAZING! When I got up from the chair I wasn’t sure how I felt about my balayage, however as soon as I saw it in my mirror at home I realized it was perfect! I have a TON of hair and it’s a lot of work but she was patient and kind. Didn’t even give me flack when I ordered lunch half way through. Thanks so much for the amazing service!

Angela Kalous My stylist was great, but I could not believe how insanely expensive the visit was. My regular hairdresser is one third the cost for the same services. I had a coupon, but I will not pay full price for these services again. Not 100% happy with the cut.

Julie Atterberry I scheduled a facial from Jeannie and it was wonderful! The experience from start to finish was very relaxing. She was professional & friendly... She explained the process to me & answered all my questions which made me feel truly cared for. I left feeling amazing & will definitely be back. Im so thankful to find this place!

Jasper Pace This place is super cute:) I got a facial from Jeannie smith and I absolutely loved it. She was really kind and helpful about products for my skin and products that can help me with my skin. It was very relaxing and I will definitely be making more appointments in the future:)

Zina Fayed ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY NAOMI!!!! I went in to get my face waxed and she did an atrocious job. I left the chair with so much hair on my face still and was super dissatisfied and she didn’t even clean my face from the wax. I went back to her and asked her to go over the spots that were very hairy. THE WORST ATTITUDE IN THE WORLD. She immediately responded with saying “this is the last time i’m going to take you” and naturally I got very upset at this and told her that she didn’t do her job right because I still was very hairy. And then OUT OF SPITEEEE, SHE COMPLETELY BUTCHERED MY FACE. She LITERALLY ripped off the skin from my face knowing that my WEDDING CEREMONY IS TOMORROW!!!!! THE WORST WORST WORSTTT SERVICE EVER!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. Worst attitude worst service disgusting behavior. Spend a little more money and go to something with BETTER QUALITY!!! Even though, she’s not even cheap. AND AFTER SEEING THE DAMAGE SHE DID ON MY FACE, SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME?!?!?!?!!! NEVER EVERR EVERRRR GO HERE AGAIN!!! I will be suing her and the entire belleville nail spa establishment.

Joanne Cruz I have been going to this nail salon for couple of years. The owner and staff are very friendly and kind. I am always satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. Very clean place and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Jesse Pringle They took me last minute and Gissel did an excellent job. My nails took a little while to get done, you can probably find a faster place elsewhere, but only because Gissel seemed to be a perfectionist. It was fully worth it. I recommend!

Taqirah King Mohammed was really nice. I wanted to see what hair they had in stock before I came up there. He even helped me by showing what they had with pictures so that I could visually see what hair was in stock before my next trip. Ill always enjoy shopping here.

Shonda Jones My experience here was amazing. I walked in and it was so clean and the lighting wasn’t dull at all. I must say to Key thank you for all your help. It was my first time experience buying a wig and the 50% off help out a lot and it’s 50% off on all wigs. Y’all gotta stop by and see Key she is awesome and I love her customer service. You even get greeted when entering store. Keep up the great work Key and I will be back. O yeah I ended up leaving the store with 3 wigs thanks again Key for your help.

Tiffany Rizk MY NEW FAVORITE NAIL SALON. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who did my nails, but she’s in chair 5, spent so much time making sure my nails looked good. Her prep work was *chefs kiss* the price was so reasonable, it really was the icing on the cake. The shop was quiet, clean and professional. I bite my nails pretty badly so she worked magic on these nails. I paid $60 for these, before tip. Ladies just go here!!

Amber Weiss Made an appointment for myself and 3 of my family members to get pedicures before my son’s wedding cruise. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived! Super friendly, attentive and very clean. Even gave us a little gift when we left. My pedicure looks great! Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Diamond Fierce I am very dissatisfied with my nails. You were to busy worrying about the next customer Instead of doing my nails right. Your pay & tip would have been much higher if your customer service was not so poor. Dont force on me the nails that you think I can afford. 1st time customer and never again. Now, I have to find another place to fix my nails. Thanks for ruining my Birthday. FYI the gentleman did an amazing job on my Pedi!

Justin Thompson My wife is pissed. Firstly my wife asked for red french tips and got the WHOLE nail painted. Not what she asked for. Then when painting the nail, the nail tech doesnt even cover the nail. Also look at her pinky toe. That looks terrible. Who would want their toe nails cut in that shape? (No shade to my wife because her feet are always pretty lol). After all that , I told them straight up , either fix it or cut the price , so she ends up with half fixed toe nails, an $18 bill, and an upset wife. My wife says to you women, if its not right in your eyes, SPEAK UP. Dont let ish slide.

Mallory Metter First visit here was absolutely incredible - 2nd visit just as amazing! By far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, the color options are literally endless, the employees are extremely accommodating and so nice! I absolutely hate hate my hands but brian (i believe was his name i cant 100% remember sadly .. ) made nail magic happen today so I had to share - I showed a couple pictures to him and I never get my nails done wild like this so I wasn’t even sure what to ask for or how to ask but he was so understanding and sweet and absolutely “nailed it” [lame joke but worth it] can not recommend divine nail spa enough!!

Sheila Meyer I go in to get a pedicure which Ive been using their services, Im told they were too busy and asked to come back. Seriously? Two people getting pedicures and one getting their nails done. You never turn a customer away. You ask them if they mind waiting. I wont be going back

Emily Adams Went here for a kids mani/pedi and a pedicure for myself. We don’t get nails often but it was a special occasion and we had SUCH an incredible experience here I wanted to share. Everyone was so sweet and did an amazing job on mine and my daughter’s nails. Was a really nice Sunday treat. Thank you so much & we will be back! ❤️

Bri J The service was ok. My complaint is that I paid 50.00 apparently if you want medium length which they consider long its extra then 4 to get matte top coat. The quality is a 1 star at best. They look like a beginner did them. I asked for coffin and I got square. Will be going somewhere else for my fill. And the nails themselves extremely thin.

Madi Goodwin I love coming here to get my nails done. Exceptional work and attention to details on both manicures and pedicures. Large variety of color options for polish, gel, and dip. They keep their stations clean and sanitize equipment between guests. Cannot beat their rates for the quality of service. Even with short nails, they are able to get the job done.

Carlie Weller I was very nervous going with my two kiddos (3 and 18mo) because places aren’t always friendly but my husband was out of town and I needed the tlc. I decided to let my 3 year old get her nails painted. I can’t praise this place enough. They were patient with my kids and me. My nails turned out amazing! And they have both kids suckers and my daughter a toy ring on our way out. They also didn’t charge me for my daughter’s pink nail paint. The place was welcoming and kind and prices were fair especially for the quality of work. I will be back!

Jordan Leigh My go to place! I have been with Blan, my nail tech for 9 years. She’s the best! Her sister Ruth is currently making my nails look amazing while Blan is gone. I recommend any of the ladies in there. They are all great! Shop is always clean and cozy.

Heaven Ditto Appt was for 12:30… didn’t get in the pedicure chair until 1:03 and didn’t even get water, didn’t get my toe nails worked on until 1:40. Toes turned out great! But my nails make me so sad. I did ask for a mani when I booked the appt but I was unaware that I had to specify a full set. I would’ve been fine doing natural nails but he said he had it. When I got in the chair the guy was complaining about how he was short on time and basically blaming the clients but like continued to repeat it over and over. So he started doing my nails, didn’t ask me a length or shape until they were already cut and shaped. When I said what shape, he didn’t even do it. (I said I wanted what was in the photo). Every nail has a different shape. Then because he was being so rude about his limited time even though I had an appt and was on time, I said that he could just do the two nails but I wanted gold chrome instead of silver. The design he did, is not what I wanted. It’s so chunky and not what is in the picture. He made the comment when I was looking at them, that he hopes I liked them because if not, too bad. I felt very uncomfortable. Then when I tried paying, the card reader didn’t work after scanning my card 3 times. It kept saying connection error which I get but still annoying. I had to go home to get cash. It took from 12:30-3:30 for me to get my toes and nails done. Which yes, it does take awhile to get toes and nails BUT over an hour was just waiting. What makes me sad is I seen him talking and laughing and doing GLORIOUS work on the ladies ahead of me but he rushed through mine and was so rude. I spoke up and said the things I didn’t like but they were disregarded. The nails are different shapes and just very rushed through. I’m going to take it as a lesson learned and not return. Two stars because I loooove the lady who does my pedicures but the professionalism of the owner makes never want to come back.

Ashleyn Ramirez NT nails is the best nail shop within a big radius. They did such a great job on my nails and I am very impressed by my design! All of the staff was so friendly and very welcoming. This is definitely my new go to nail shop

Danielle Smith I have been going here forever! Salon takes amazing care of my hair. Makes sure clients always walks away with healthy healthy hair and beautiful styles. My whole family goes here and our hair has always thrived. Takes such good care of my natural hair whether I get it straightened, dyed or keep in its curly state. This salon is amazing, clean and so welcoming :) I also buy naturally made hair oils to use on my hair from the salon instead of Sally’s or other hair stores.

Bri Pearson Temiah did my hair, but both stylists were nice and friendly. The shop was clean. The service was excellent. There was not alot of noise or traffic. We started on time. I am natural so i got a treatment, trim, and crochet braids. My hair turned out great! I was in and out in under 3 hours. I will be back and recommending her shop to my friends.

Toni McLeod I was charged $45 for nail removal and a clear coat put on. The price was never told to me until she already ran my card. Seems steep when my friend got the exact same service for $25 down the road. The whole service took no longer than 20 minutes

Teresa James I have been going here for 25 years. I have had various employees do my nails beautifully leaving me no reason to ever try any other place. Tina is the absolute best and hand paints any design I ask for just by looking at a picture. She is so talented!! I would never bother going anywhere else!

Amyila Bonds Went in for a soak off for my nails and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The method they use to take off acrylics off is terrible! My nails were literally being painfully ripped off by him using another nail tip to get my acrylics off. Due to this improper method unfortunatelyI left with a bloody broken nail due my nails being taken off improperly. With him knowing this he still charged me full amount of service and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to wait weeks for my nail to grow back to get my nails done. 0/10 don’t recommend & will NOT be returning.

Amara Jones This was my first time and I am so happy with my experience. Everyone was so polite and friendly. They even have complimentary drinks!!! The mood and the music was pleasant and enjoyable. Very clean and smelled good. Laura did an incredible job on my nails. She was very sweet and paid attention to detail. She gave me the design I wanted and it came out better than I expected. I am definitely gonna be a repeat client.

Julie Rohm I got the callus treatment pedi with gel for $65 and as a one time need for flip flop season it was worth every penny. She took her time and it was easily the best pedi I’ve ever had.

Jonél Tried to make a hair appointment or see if they take walk-ins. I called and after explaining that I needed an appointment, they just hung up. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. Twice. Very unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied.

Kristi G I was actually impressed by everything. The interior decor was beautiful! We were immediately greeted and had no wait. Complimentary beverages were given to us at the gorgeous pedicure stations with sparkly glass bowls. The treatment and nail color options were extensive. The nail techs were friendly and did not rush our long and very relaxing pedicure. Will definitely go back!

Karen Laszko Just opened and its a beautiful place. I really enjoyed my pedicure. The workers seemed nervous and on edge. They wanted everything to be perfect. That was the only downside of the experience. Once they relax and the bosses stop watching them it will be more relaxing. I had a dip manicure and it was great. They even found a top coat for me that was not Gel. I will not use gel on my nails so I was very appreciative for them doing that.

Laura Sensel What I love: I love the style of the salon, very chic and clean, light and bright. The staff is very friendly, and you get a complimentary drink with your service. Pedicures are done in "spa rooms" away from the manicure stations. Constructive feedback: Some sort of padding for the wrist/forearm would make the manicure services a little more comfy. I would also encourage the staff to pay a little more attention to detail on the polish job. Overall a good experience and Ill be back.

S. Genee Coleman-Braggs First time visiting this nail salon on 2/8/25. Having visited other salons in the area which were subpar with their service. Had not been to a nail salon anywhere in over 2 years due to numerous disatisfactory service.Barely greeted upon arrival which should have been a red flag.Requested a particular style had a picture of what I wanted.Needless to say I walked out unsatisfied.What I requested versus what I got was not even close. My real nails were cut down too low before applying the tips. Applying acrylic should not be put on like plastering a wall...my nails/nail bed have a natural apex curve that after acrylic is applied should look natural...why do nail techs not follow this...then  everything was filed down nearly flat from cuticle to end of nail tip. Nails ended up looking like they are pointing straightout/upwards with no natural curve...whose nails grow like that ...ended up cutting my nails down and re polishing them when I got home. Waste of $55 and a tip. 1st picture - what I requested 2nd picture - what I ended up with
