2 /5 Heaven Ditto: Appt was for 12:30… didn’t get in the pedicure chair until 1:03 and didn’t even get water, didn’t get my toe nails worked on until 1:40. Toes turned out great! But my nails make me so sad. I did ask for a mani when I booked the appt but I was unaware that I had to specify a full set. I would’ve been fine doing natural nails but he said he had it. When I got in the chair the guy was complaining about how he was short on time and basically blaming the clients but like continued to repeat it over and over. So he started doing my nails, didn’t ask me a length or shape until they were already cut and shaped. When I said what shape, he didn’t even do it. (I said I wanted what was in the photo). Every nail has a different shape. Then because he was being so rude about his limited time even though I had an appt and was on time, I said that he could just do the two nails but I wanted gold chrome instead of silver. The design he did, is not what I wanted. It’s so chunky and not what is in the picture. He made the comment when I was looking at them, that he hopes I liked them because if not, too bad. I felt very uncomfortable. Then when I tried paying, the card reader didn’t work after scanning my card 3 times. It kept saying connection error which I get but still annoying. I had to go home to get cash. It took from 12:30-3:30 for me to get my toes and nails done. Which yes, it does take awhile to get toes and nails BUT over an hour was just waiting. What makes me sad is I seen him talking and laughing and doing GLORIOUS work on the ladies ahead of me but he rushed through mine and was so rude. I spoke up and said the things I didn’t like but they were disregarded. The nails are different shapes and just very rushed through. I’m going to take it as a lesson learned and not return. Two stars because I loooove the lady who does my pedicures but the professionalism of the owner makes never want to come back.
