Jenelle Borgstrom Absolutely the best salon I have been to recently. I have used a number of nail salons in the area and usually just bop around, depending where I am that day but this place has me for life. I went in with a very broken nail, like mid nail bed, and they were able to painlessly fix the issues and replace my natural nail with a single acrylic. The cost was much cheaper than usual places also. This is a true gem. Clean! Very friendly staff!

Ariela Policastro I got a basic pedicure, and a manicure with tips and holographic polish. I have NEVER been happier with my nails!! The lady who did my nails took so much care in the shaping process, they look like perfect press ons, and just so so gorgeous. I’ll definitely be coming back

Shayna Katzberg LOVE V Star Nails in St. Charles!! Been going to Diem for a pedicure for years as she is the BEST!!! I have short toes/nails and she makes them look amazing. She also gives the best massages. Today, I had her do a DIP hot pink/red color with pearl chrome manicure…amazing!!! I’m allergic to No Chip and my cuticles are VERY sensitive. She was very delicate and careful and barely touched them which is what I wanted. She is my go to girl for nails!!!

Howard Breitrose I have been going to OS Salon at my wifes suggestion. I see both Paul and Bianca; they are both great but have limited availability. I find it comfortable, and the support team friendly and inviting. So if you need a great haircut in a fantastic atmosphere go to OS Salon Geneva.

Judy Orozco Ariana is amazing. I always leave my appt feeling & looking beautiful. The scalp massage she gives during the shampoo is my favorite part of the service! Highly recommend booking with Ariana.

Cleo Jayce This nail salon is the best in St. Charles! Annie and Tommy both do exceptional work, I would recommend them to anyone! Honestly, all the nail technicians here are superb! Also, the owners are absolutely the sweetest people ever- they genuinely care about their customers!

Stephanie Kostrzeski I found this place through a friend for her wedding and I’ll never go anywhere else! Everyone here is great at what they do but Kathy is my go to! Scott and Molly are great and everyone makes you feel so welcomed. And very reasonably priced! 10/10.

Jenni Breese I have been seeing Bekah for about six months, and am so pleased with how she takes such good care of my hair (which is very similar to to hers!). She knows just what to do help my hair stay healthy and grow! I love how my hair looks and feels! I would recommend Bekah to anyone that is looking for a new stylist! She does a great job!

Alicia Stevens I was cautiously optimistic given the lower price going in since all the reviews were good. The stylist seemed nice enough but the haircut experience did not meet my expectations (being an even cut). I have long hair and a lot of it and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The quickest drive by hair wash (hair was not properly washed) led to the quickest drive by haircut. She also cut my hair parted in the middle after I mentioned I wear it parted on the side. She stated she would go back and touch up with the side part but never did. The hair dry and style left my hair poofy since it wasn’t completely dry when I left as she had another client after me. When I got home I could see my hair was cut unevenly with ends left scraggly and looking like I still needed a haircut. My sister (not a stylist) came over to help me even it out.

Susan Pfaff I have been a client of Salon Ellenbe for a little over two years. I truly love the Salon. It is relaxing and comfortable. Elaine is my stylist. She, from the first, gets my hair and does a wonderful job. Most importantly, she is warm, easy going and friendly. Just a delight to spend time with. I even talked my husband into going to her and he feels the same. Such a delight!

Ashley Booher Ive been going to Emily for the past 4 years, and she never disappoints! Most recently, she did a reverse balayage on me and absolutely nailed it. Not only is she insanely talented, but shes also incredibly personable—every appointment with her feels like catching up with a friend. She makes the whole experience feel like home. During my last visit, Tom came by to introduce himself, and he was so kind and funny—it really added to the welcoming vibe of the salon. Highly recommend Emily and the whole team! Tori Swift Samantha was able to fit me in super last minute and made me feel so heard and valued as a client throughout the whole service. She made the big chop seem so much less scary and truly made feel good about myself and my new hair when everything was done! Probably the best hair cutting service and experience I’ve ever had, and I cannot wait to be back in her chair!

Evelyn Martin The new owner Alina was absolutely wonderful. I came to the salon when the previous owners had it and it is new and improved! Everything from design and atmosphere, to the staff. She seriously makes you feel so comfortable during the whole session. I loved everything about this nail appointment! The nails are gorgeous. The conversation was even better! I seriously can not recommend this gal enough!!

Jackie Battleson I’m at the end of my pregnancy and wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure with a good massage. Usually places offer you different types of pedicures but I was not offered anything. Maybe because they were closing in an hour? But if that was the case they could have turned me away. Instead I ended up with a basic pedicure and got one minute of a massage. The tech painted my nails nicely other than for telling me they were dry when they weren’t and now they are smudged. I wish I would have saved my money and gone elsewhere to experience the relaxation I was hoping for.

tewake these nails are so cute! the soft pink color makes them look really classy, and the little sparkles and gems add just the right amount of extra shine. the almond shape is super flattering, and the whole look is just really pretty and stylish. perfect for everyday vibes or a special occasion! love it!!

Frances Chin You must try Batavia Nails under new management! Katie was the technician for my pedicure. She was excellent in trimming and preparing my nails - the BEST Ive ever had. I also appreciate Katies banter and professionalism. Youre are going to enjoy a very zen, relaxing atmosphere and perfect nails.

Paige Frederick I’ve been getting my nails done by Nancy at Simply Nails for about 2.5 years now and they’re perfect every time. I come in with a picture of what color I want and Nancy always finds the exact color I’m looking for! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they care about their customers.

Gregory Ivanov Terrible. Just awful. My mom came home after a a manicure with three fingers still bleeding. Apparently, this salon uses machines all the way and drills continued to slice her skin off one finger after next. I don’t know why she paid them because she was clearly in pain. In addition, she’s now concerned because they do not sanitize their tools appropriately, just wiping them with alcohol. I really hope they didn’t infect her with something, but they surely do so one of these days if they continue in this fashion. Beware.

Jackie Johnson Nancy was incredible!! Her attention to detail was amazing. There was a slight bump and she redid the whole nail to make sure it was perfect. I’ve never left a salon with such nicely manicured cuticles and smooth dip!

Christina Daniel the other day i got a nochip manicure the color i asked for was not what i got on my nails, the lady doing my nails was rude & spoke loudly, i was forced to give a $5 tip that i did not want to & when i went back a few days later to have them fixed there is a big crack on my thumb nail & the polish is chipping.

Connie Mayer My favorite place to go for a spa pedicure! Awesome friendly service. Never feel rushed and they always do a great job! Updated 07/2023 Ownership has changed and is no longer my favorite place for a spa pedicure. Employees need more training.

I also highly enjoyed my first experience to this nail salon. My technician, Kathy, provided one of the best manicures and pedicures I have had. Andrea I asked for a full acrylic set, with a simple design. Orange and pink nails with one ombré nail in the middle and I showed them a reference picture. I left with chunky nails that no where near matched the picture that I showed them. Very disappointed do not recommend. Also left acrylic polish around my nails that I cannot get off.

Deanna Benedict I’ve been coming here for years and I love them. They are so personable and friendly every time I walk in. They even ask how my friends are doing! I love them so much I now live 2 hours away from Geneva but had to come back to have them do my wedding nails. They did a spectacular job with painting little blue flowers on as my “something blue”. My husband even enjoys coming in to get a pedicure! I would recommend them for any type of event or a casual nail service! I don’t have a whole lot of close ups of my nails but there are some you can get an idea of below!

Kelly Perozek I’ve been going to Kathy for maybe 8 months now for acrylic nails and love her! The nails last so long every time. I can go 4 weeks between appointments and the nail won’t lift at all and none have fallen off. Kathy is very honest and real with you and tells me if a shape won’t look good with my fingers and help me pick what will. Recently I’ve been getting their new cat eye polish and have absolutely loved it!

Kristi T If I could give negative stars I would. I’m not surprised that months ago people loved this place because their #1 nail lady was there. She’s gone. Kathy is awful! She just charged my card $23 more after screwing up my nails. My bad I didn’t catch it when I was there. CRIMINAL…Also, when I called the owner all she kept saying was that she will call me back. I simply asked for my money back & if she was going to do the right thing or I will call 911. Stupid I know but I’m tired of supporting ignorant people. My fault for paying. Her mistake for laughing & saying then call 911. My polish change was supposed to be pink & Kathy liked white better. I showed a pic for my nails (not crazy) & asked if she could copy it. Clear as day she said yes. So, when we get to the end puts on stones (one finger each hand) that we’re not even the same color as the pic I showed. I said that’s not the right stuff and she says yea we didn’t have what you wanted. Um hellllooooo why didn’t she say that when we started. There were a million other things I could have picked. Bottom line, I will call my credit card, maybe even 911 lol…and share with my 3 disappointed friends that I referred over the last 3 weeks how awful the service & treatment was. All in all, if you want a toddler-style finish to your toes or nails or have no desire to have pretty nails, this is your place. They suck. #1 what I wanted #2 ghetto bumpy pink stone is what I got!
