5 /5 Paige Frederick: I’ve been getting my nails done by Nancy at Simply Nails for about 2.5 years now and they’re perfect every time. I come in with a picture of what color I want and Nancy always finds the exact color I’m looking for! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they care about their customers.

1 /5 Gregory Ivanov: Terrible. Just awful. My mom came home after a a manicure with three fingers still bleeding. Apparently, this salon uses machines all the way and drills continued to slice her skin off one finger after next. I don’t know why she paid them because she was clearly in pain. In addition, she’s now concerned because they do not sanitize their tools appropriately, just wiping them with alcohol. I really hope they didn’t infect her with something, but they surely do so one of these days if they continue in this fashion. Beware.

5 /5 Jackie Johnson: Nancy was incredible!! Her attention to detail was amazing. There was a slight bump and she redid the whole nail to make sure it was perfect. I’ve never left a salon with such nicely manicured cuticles and smooth dip!

5 /5 Rachael: Nancy is one of the best technicians i have ever had the privilege of working with. She is always checking to make sure that her client likes the shape, length and color/design on the nail. She also helps steer you in the right direction if you are struggling picking a color. An example of this was when I was interviewing for a new job. I was going to go with a more sparkly lavender color but she steered me more toward a neutral tone and after seeing how great it looked I knew I was in the right hands. She is personable, makes sure her clients are comfortable, and she is extremely efficient. There is no one else I trust doing my nails as I have never broken, chipped, or cracked a nail in the time I have gone to her. Thank you Nancy for all of your hard work and dedication! Also simply nails is the cleanest, most inviting nail salon I have ever been to. I love it here so much :)
