5 /5 Evelyn Martin: The new owner Alina was absolutely wonderful. I came to the salon when the previous owners had it and it is new and improved! Everything from design and atmosphere, to the staff. She seriously makes you feel so comfortable during the whole session. I loved everything about this nail appointment! The nails are gorgeous. The conversation was even better! I seriously can not recommend this gal enough!!

I was happily surprised at my recent visit that it is now under new management and they are so nice! And the place is wonderfully clean. Check-in was easy, nails looked great. Pamper Nails - St. Charles Jenelle Borgstrom: Absolutely the best salon I have been to recently. I have used a number of nail salons in the area and usually just bop around, depending where I am that day but this place has me for life. I went in with a very broken nail, like mid nail bed, and they were able to painlessly fix the issues and replace my natural nail with a single acrylic. The cost was much cheaper than usual places also. This is a true gem. Clean! Very friendly staff!

Gossip of St Charles Nails and Spa - St. Charles Grace Bernal: UPDATE Less than 24 hours after leaving this review, they called me and fixed my nails for me. I appreciate the customer service and will 100% be back! Mixed opinions here… My mom and I wanted to try a new place and came here for 2 pedicures. The inside was beautiful and clean and the staff were very friendly. We both did classic pedicures and were very pleased with the service. My paint job could’ve been a lot better. One of my nails was missing polish on half of it, which another tech kindly fixed for me. I didn’t notice it at first glance, but a few of my nails are not fully covered in polish. My tech didn’t get the polish to fully cover the nail, which isn’t super obvious far away, but definitely could’ve been better. In the photos, my finger nail shows where my toe nail starts- you can really see the gaps. I’m not sure if he just couldn’t quite see my nail bed or what, but I probably could’ve painted them better myself.

Salon on State and Spa - Geneva Emily R.: Was referred by a friend to Maria and look forward to seeing her every time! My hair can be difficult to cut at times but she never has a problem making sure it comes out perfect. Everyone there is so friendly, I love this salon.

Lotus Nails & Lashes - St. Charles Lorna Prophater: The lady who welcomed me was very nice, and I was able to walk in for an appointment. From afar they look decent just don’t look too closely. The technician spent 80% of her time video calling, calling or texting on her phone while doing my nails. The dip was so thin that you can see the scuff marks under the color, she filed a few pieces of skin off my finger and didn’t clip and cuticles and left rough areas all around my nails. I paid $45 and won’t be back.
