5 /5 Kelly Perozek: I’ve been going to Kathy for maybe 8 months now for acrylic nails and love her! The nails last so long every time. I can go 4 weeks between appointments and the nail won’t lift at all and none have fallen off. Kathy is very honest and real with you and tells me if a shape won’t look good with my fingers and help me pick what will. Recently I’ve been getting their new cat eye polish and have absolutely loved it!

5 /5 Thomas Ma: Amazing place for pedicure!! I came here after a long day from work. The staff here was very professional and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to touch up their nails.

1 /5 Kristi T: If I could give negative stars I would. I’m not surprised that months ago people loved this place because their #1 nail lady was there. She’s gone. Kathy is awful! She just charged my card $23 more after screwing up my nails. My bad I didn’t catch it when I was there. CRIMINAL…Also, when I called the owner all she kept saying was that she will call me back. I simply asked for my money back & if she was going to do the right thing or I will call 911. Stupid I know but I’m tired of supporting ignorant people. My fault for paying. Her mistake for laughing & saying then call 911. My polish change was supposed to be pink & Kathy liked white better. I showed a pic for my nails (not crazy) & asked if she could copy it. Clear as day she said yes. So, when we get to the end puts on stones (one finger each hand) that we’re not even the same color as the pic I showed. I said that’s not the right stuff and she says yea we didn’t have what you wanted. Um hellllooooo why didn’t she say that when we started. There were a million other things I could have picked. Bottom line, I will call my credit card, maybe even 911 lol…and share with my 3 disappointed friends that I referred over the last 3 weeks how awful the service & treatment was. All in all, if you want a toddler-style finish to your toes or nails or have no desire to have pretty nails, this is your place. They suck. #1 what I wanted #2 ghetto bumpy pink stone is what I got!

1 /5 Francesca L: Made an appointment multiple days in advance. And told them EXACTLY what we wanted. One pedicure and two acrylics. FOR 2 PEOPLE! We obviously wanted to get them done together. When we sat there they said we would be getting them done separate because they had other appointments…. Why not take care of this one first?? Gave us extreme back talk and sass the entire service. Charged 5 dollers for a shape? And was huffing and puffing when my friend asked her to define the shape a little more. And they had literally no colors available. Made fun of us the whole service. And my cuticles look worse then when I came in!!! And when it was over they didn’t even care to move our things we just sat in the chairs and not in the drying station. Never ever come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
