monica davis I love this store. you can get just about any kind of wig in any style you want. the ladies there are so helpful and kind and understanding .they help me find two wigs that I bought the day I went in there .I Am So Satisfied with the wigs I have that I will go back and buy more as needed .thanks for helping me main tainers you are wonderful.

vikki baird My hair has been thinning the last few years. Lydia always helps me when looking for hair pieces and wigs. I like the hair pieces the best. She went above and beyond to actually make me a piece which I love! They are easy to put on and easy to maintain. They are a definate confidence booster if your hair isnt what it used to be. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment. Who doesnt want to look and feel FABULOUS!

fryer flor “flower” I don’t like this place! They’re very pricey! The product doesn’t match the price,not very clean place! All their wigs is out of style and yet the price is way to much the short wigs is $248 including tax. Also no refund or exchange! Even if there’s a problem! The Salon is outdated and they will not fixed your issues

Bobby Baker Brandi did a wonderful job with my color and cut. She really knows her stuff and had great ideas for how to cut my hair to make it easier to style and with choosing the color itself. I’ve been to several popular salons in Springfield but I will keep coming back to see Brandi. Highly Recommend!

Erica Atterberry I have gone to Brandi for years. Not only does she have a great bedside manner but she is a color genius! I can give her a picture for an idea and she creates a masterpiece with my hair. I know when I sit down I am going to leave there feeling and looking beautiful. You will not regret going so book that appointment !

Event Coordinator Terrible customer service. The youngest daughter that helps run this store is moody, unhelpful , and extremely unfriendly. After repeated visits several times a year for more than 10 years now her attitude has never changed. She does not encourage browsing and highly discourages it, and never offers suggestions of helpful products. I’m tired of giving them another chance. I will take my business to someplace where it is appreciated.
