Alexa Easterling My husband, daughter, and myself all went for pedi’s and nails. My husband and my pedicure were barely mediocre. We chose a middle tier one and there was NO massaging of our legs at all. Waste of money. But to the real issues. My daughter’s nails LOOK HORRIBLE. A 4 year old could do a better job. I’ll include photos. The design is embarassing to even wear around. There’s no way someone should be doing designs when they know they can’t do even the simplest of things. And my nail is now has a DANG FUNGUS. I tried to avoid leaving a bad review and reached out via there Facebook and email for a refund for my daughters nails and our tip, still willing to pay for my nails and mine and my husbands toes. But they ignored me. And during that time I noticed the fungus, had to have mine and my daughter’s nails both redone. And I’m PISSED.
EDIT!!!! This business commented to call and try to handle it, I called and she was SO RUDE. She said I shouldn’t have waited 7 days, even tho they were closed for Christmas and I’ve been trying to get ahold of them. I’ll insert those photos too!!! She said my daughter should have told her the design was bad, but what little girl is going to do that for one??? And for two, look at the damn design yourself you can see it’s horrible. I messaged on Facebook and email, with no response for days. And I called when I could, probably about 4 times. But I also work and can’t call nonstop. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wasted over 350 dollars.

Karla Dryer I had went on Valentine’s Day and I spent $150!!! And one of my nails popped of two days later!!!! And they’re already chipping off and lifting!! And in certain areas it’s lumpy. I’m very disappointed.. I’ve tried calling the salon for the past 3-4 days and no answer!!!

Ciarra Brown This is my third time visiting, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience. Each time, I’ve had a full set or fill, along with a pedicure. I’ve paid high prices, hoping for good service, but each visit has had issues.
During my first visit, the owner (the mom) did my nails, and although I had concerns about my pedicure, they were overlooked. On my second visit, I had problems with the pedicure again and asked for a simple toe design, but it wasn’t done. The daughter did my nails and did a great job, so I didn’t say anything.
This third time has been the most frustrating. I’ve had the same person doing my pedicure each time, and again, the design was not done as requested. It’s not a complicated design, and I’ve had it done before on my short nails. Instead, she just gave me a basic French tip, and I was left disappointed.
When it came to my fill, a different technician worked on my nails, and they are crooked. I sat there for over 2.5 hours, and despite repeatedly asking for corrections (like almond-shaped nails and fixing uneven filing), the technician didn’t seem to care about the quality. The design I asked for was simple, but it’s poorly done—crooked, thick, and with bubbles in the polish. I was embarrassed by how they looked.
I didn’t want to keep complaining, especially since nothing was being fixed, so I just left. At this point, I’m frustrated and won’t be returning. My only day off is Sunday, and I was hoping this would work for me, but I guess I’ll need to go to Louisville from now on.
For anyone thinking of coming here, keep your requests very basic and be prepared to pay high prices for subpar service.
