James McDonald Unfortunately, Bill Dean is one of the most untrustworthy insurance agents I have ever used. Hes more than willing to take your premium, and then provides zero customer service. He takes weeks to respond to questions and then gets angry with you when you ask simple questions (once he already has your money). We have a complaint filed against him already.
