Greg Kurtenbach - State Farm Insurance Agent - Pontiac B Vdub: After our longtime insurance agent, Steve, retired, our account was transferred to Greg. We had always appreciated Steve’s service, but unfortunately, our experience with Greg’s office has been disappointing. Communication has been a significant challenge—Greg is difficult to reach directly, and all inquiries are routed through his staff, who seem to change frequently. Each time we called, we spoke with someone new, and the level of service was inconsistent.
There were multiple administrative errors, including a situation where we were enrolled in a policy, only to be informed later that it had to be canceled and rewritten due to an internal mistake. The lack of organization and accountability was frustrating. The final disappointment came when we received a call from Greg himself, notifying us that our coverage was not being renewed.
This experience has been unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly recommend looking for a more reliable insurance agent.
