Destiny Jackson Love love love the women down at Radiance. Michelle’s facials are great, leaves your skin glowing and feeling so refreshed, she does great with my eyebrow waxing and tint and eyelashes. She makes it an enjoyable experience and an easy process giving you all details and benefits but not as a sales pitch just genuinely helping you feel confident and comfortable with your service. As for Paige and the massages honeyyyyyyy 10/10 I felt so relaxed from start to finish, there wasn’t a spot missed. I had my first one from her about 2weeks ago and she is now my go to. I’ve had a Brazilian wax and eyebrow threading by Sindy and again 10/10 I’d recommend. She is very knowledgeable at her job and very warm and welcoming. Nice to have someone in town that’s good at waxing and she has great prices and even offers vajacials. I’ve never had my nails done there but my coworkers go religiously and love Summer and the work speaks for itself. All other staff are always friendly and welcoming. Over all great salon, great customer service and you are sure to have a great experience no matter the service or professional.

Denise Smith Tasha did an amazing job on my hair. I just needed to blend out my bad highlight job to gray gracefully. I had no style and my hair was looking pretty stringy. I absolutely love it!!!!

Freeman Eddie Had a great time. Laura K. cut my hair and was very interactive. My mother owned a salon so I grew up around hair. She was very helpful. I dont know the exact words to describe what I wanted done, but she helped me SOOO much. Im my past, its often that, mens hair cuts are almost always the same. It was nice to get help! Ill definitely be back!

Ashleigh Klinger First time checking out this salon last night and I have to say I am very impressed! After having bad experiences previously with other salons, I was really nervous trying a new place out. Everyone here was so nice and welcoming! I met with Laura H for a cut and color and she did an amazing job! She listened to my “wants” and went above and beyond! I really liked the clear communication from her, before she even started she went over exactly what she was going to do step by step. This is by far the best cut and color I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back!

Jaeli Horrible service. Asked for a star and it looked more like firework. Nails were done way shorter than asked, air bubbles, and uneven acrylic, sit pointed, nails not completely on my actual nail I had to repaint over these and eventually going to take them off hated this set so much don’t go here!

Lillian Rose We had such a fun experience! My daughter got to have so much fun. They let her pick 5 different colors and did her hands and feet. They even played with her while my nails were getting finished. Only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is that my nail lengths on my thumbs are inconsistent and a few nails ended up not straight. They still look nice and are very strong. Overall I would go again.

ALLYSA JADE My friend and I went to get our nails done here and I can’t even say enough about how bad ours both look! I walked out bleeding and my pinky nails are not even the same Length! My friends nails were all pointing up in the air and when we tried to talk it out with the girl I put in the review pics. she told us to wait 10 minutes while she drove some kids somewhere to get our money back due to the horrible job that had been done.. We waited for 20 just for her to come tell us that “when you go to restaurants and do not like the food you still have to pay.”! I used to like it moderately there.. now I’m embarrassed to leave my house with these nails and disappointed in them for not doing the right thing and giving our money back so that we can go fix this mess! I also asked for holographic chrome and they all acted like they didn’t know what that was and now my nails are gold?and I’m out $55!! Huh? For what! Trash nails. Wild. Never coming back. I would recommend that no one ever goes here.

Susan Wegner Best salon in town! From the moment I first walked in, I felt right at home. My hair stylist and my massage therapist work there; they are both awesome! Friendly, peaceful ambience and beautifully decorated. Located in downtown Freeport in a historic building with high ceilings and chandeliers. I highly recommend this salon!

Keith Russell Studio 218 has a great atmosphere, its quite warm and inviting. Everyone there is friendly and nice. I have been getting my hair cut by Brooke for the last ten years.

Angie Poage I called and made an appointment for Johnny or Charlene. They confirmed. When I got there on time they stuck me with another lady. She did a decent job on my short simple nails. No small talk at all. She then overcharged me on the price she heard Johnny quote me. They could of did better.

Catherine Mearns $52 for a gel manicure. Thought it was steep in price, but she said it wouldn’t chip and last long time. It’s been 3 days and 2 of the nails have cracked. And the thickness of the color is hideous. No cuticle oil or hand massage either. Used to come here with my son for pedicures and had no problems. After this session, I won’t return. I live almost an hour away and was in the area when I stopped by.

Sue Bleyaert What a great find Level 10 Salon was!!! They were very accommodating to our wedding party on relatively short notice. We had 13 people for various nail services and the salon workers couldn’t have been a nicer and fun group. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!
