Connie Caceres I have suffered with back pain for over 35 years. Ive been given unbelievable amounts of opioids and even had surgery and lost all quality of life for over 2 years. I was referred to Adams office after another back injury in July of 2023. I went in not knowing what to expect but I could not be more excited to be a patient in Adams practice. I am welcomed starting at the front door by name. The staff is professional, kind and compassionate. Im not a number in this office, I am treated with respect by the entire staff. Instead of pills and surgery I was offered solutions that have been life changing and now can live a life that is almost pain free! I am always informed of all procedures and know exactly what to expect. I have often received phone calls from the staff after procedures checking on my progress of pain relief. I cannot say enough good about this team of medical professionals. I have recommended this doctors office to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you to all of you for providing such amazing care.

Richard Bracken Dr Schneider was very thorough and very attentive. He want my feedback on my issue as much as he wanted to diagnose my condition. I felt like I had some control with my treatment. Not many doctors like him out there. I will definitely refer people to him.

Kawaii Khaos Called for the first time as an adult. And was completely taken aback. The lady sounded bored didn’t offer anything useful and didn’t even listen to my voice mail so I had to repeat everything again. Worst customer service I had just based on this woman’s tone. I will be inquiring somewhere else most definitely. Crappy customer service!

aj Burianek Front staff super friendly but I would never see that Doctor again. 2 out of 3 cavities he did fell out within months, plus Ive never been as sore from any dental work as I was after a routine filling.

Marsha King All the staff is super friendly and I had 2 teeth pulled and I really didnt ha that much pain afterwards .

Chris Hackett The dentists were very nice and caring. However, after having my teeth removed they banished me from completing the process. Apparently they do not have to answer the phone. Their voicemail has been full and messages cannot be recorded. So good luck after they yank your teeth. If you complain they will banish you and its your problem WOW!

Amanda Scott I only give them a 1 because google will not allow me to write this if I dont. I wouldnt go back here if they were the last place on earth and my life depended on it. I have NEVER had such issues with a place. The IRS is easier and more plesant. Their policies change everyday and are the biggest most ridiculous load of bs one can imagine. A service they offer when they make your apt probably wont be available after the 6 mos you wait and they wont bother to tell you until after the fact.

Bobbie Johnston Two stars because I really like the dentist and his assistant. They can have 5 stars. But, as for the clinic as a good choice to get help? I dont know exactly whats going on, but IT gets no stars from me. Idk if the Medicaid policy is to blame or the clinic....but before I got my extractions I called, knowing I needed an antibiotic. I was told they dont give antibiotic Rxs. Id have to go to my doctor for that first. So I did. After I got the teeth pulled and my antibiotics gone, I ended up with a full blown infection and other related problems, that all are a result of the extractions, throughout my mouth. Went to my doctor again and it has been a real struggle. I was scheduled a 4 wk follow up appt at this clinic and being right when I had been to see my reg doc 3 times in 2 weeks I knew the appt here was coming. Id mislaid the paper and called to get the date and time. Just so happens it was missed at the exact time of my call. I apologized, told them I have MAJOR issues and both me and my doc are anxious for the dentist to get a look. I was told I have FAILED TO KEEP AN APPT and have been barred from rescheduling for 3 MONTHES! Now my docs nurse and I are scrambling to find a dentist who will take me. Ive been here ONE TIME. They pulled my teeth and knowing there was infection, gave me NO antibiotics, but DID give me an Rx for NARCOTICS upon ushering me out the door. My Medicaid covers antibiotics. WHY ARENT THEY GIVING THEM TO PATIENTS HERE?? This policy has caused me SERIOUS problems and I am not even allowed to see the dentist there for it. Having found one who will see me today, I needed them to send my x-rays to that dentist, so I called and asked they send them. They cant...because "the person who emails is on vacation"!???? Im in great pain, entire mouth fully infected with multiple issues and I have to DRIVE TO PARIS then to a dentist in TH to pick up my own x-rays because nobody in the building can send an email. This has been, and STILL IS, a horrible experience for me. What a mistake I made in going to this clinic for my dental healthcare. I had issues with my teeth. Now I have NO TEETH and am in an acute situation, in great pain and real trouble, needing IMMEDIATE care from a dentist and I have been BANISHED.. for narrowly missing an appointment. THEY CANT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO FORWARD MY RECORDS TO ANOTHER DENTIST, where I CAN get the treatment I MUST get immediately.

Abigail Mood I LOVE Sugar Creek Dental. Everyone who works there is so kind and gets the job done in the least painful way possible. Brandy is a top notch dental hygienist and is so fun to talk to. Highly recommend getting tooth work done here. I forgot to get a picture while I was there, but heres a BeReal my mom took of her shiny teeth. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dustin D Best dentist I have ever seen and I have been to quite a few because of moving several times. I dont do many reviews but I felt doing this review was a must for anyone in search of the best dentist. Very professional and puts you at ease, so much so you almost dont want to leave the office lol. Dont hesitate to go see this dentist if you are in need of any dental care.

Rex Livengood Dr. Graham is an excellent dentist who understands the needs of people in East central Illinois. His pricing is reasonable and he is busy because he is so good. If I move away I would return to Paris to go to him.

Ace Photo 46 days ago I called to reschedule my Appointment. My mom broke her hip and I had to be at the hospital. I gave Dr Grahams office a 5 day notice. They put me on a call list for cancellations. After a month I insisted I would like a real appointment since this call list isnt working. They wont schedule me until 7 months after my original appointment! You can be the best dentist but if I cant get an appointment or it is a real pain in the... to do so then you are just worthless. I have never missed a cleaning. Poor service!

Micayla Groover I have been coming here for years!! Dr Graham and his team of ladies have always been so helpful and friendly! I was a young patient with many dental issues including braces, dental implants among normal routine up keep! My dental implants never fail to get loose or fall out at the worst possible moments. He has always gotten me in (even after hours years ago before a high school dance) to re-glue it. My now husband and children all go here as well! His office is always clean and up kept and he and staff of ladies know their stuff! I always do and will continue to recommend them!

aj Burianek Worked on my teeth on 2 separate occasions. One filling fell out aprox. 9 months after it had been done. Second time, I swear, he pushed on my molars so hard they were inflamed for over a month. That said, the guy has affordable prices. Personally Id pay more for less pain after words.

James Elswick does not accept medicaid while advertising they do. dentist in this area should be forced by the government to accept medicaid its discrimination against people who are disabled might as well hang a sign saying "POOR PEOPLE NOT WELCOME"
