    T: Update: 04/29/2025 Im throwing my hands up with this location. Customer service is ridiculous. At this point I will be traveling to the Downers Grove location to get anything completed. The staff at this one just sits and does nothing. No greeting when entering this place of business. Personal calls are more important than helping the customer. They call for a payment not paying attention to what was updated in their system. At least pretend to care that your customers have questions. At least pretend and act like youre interested in helping the customers that walk through the door. The guy working there tonight is mighty rude and sassy. Ill take my business elsewhere. Tired of running into horrible customer service. Everything should be available online for ppl to complete this themselves. ___________________________________________________________ Theyre ok for what they do. Talking to someone over the phone is a headache. Id rather go to the physical location. Their customer service is always good. The insurance companies they have are ridiculous but its convenient if youre looking for affordable car insurance.
