Chana Garrett: Poor, fake and fraudulent customer service. I originally signed a contract which included roadside assistance 4 years ago. I have never needed the service until today. I called to find out unbeknownst to me that I do not have the service. I was never informed that every time I renew, I must sign for the service. My premium is constantly increasing but the services are decreasing. Funny how the policy automatically renews and I don’t have to sign for that, they get the money EVERY month, but they took away the roadside assistance without notifying me!!! Definitely going with another insurance company next month!!!! Steer clear of this company and the agency at 66th and Pulaski in Chicago!!!!!!!!

They told me there was more paperwork that I needed to sign before the policy could be canceled. So theyre just going to keep on charging me month after month even though I canceled the policy. They owe me hundreds of dollars and they wont give it back. Do not use this company and never pay in advance for your insurance. Theyre building has a jewelry store style buzzer on the front door and there are cameras everywhere inside. They must be used to angry clients.
