Karen P: I have been trying to cancel my renters policy for 4 months. I have contacted the company monthly, including getting assistance from former agents, without success. Even though this is an error on Horace Manns part, I received a reimbursement of 1.00. This is an insult. To make matters even worse they took out another month of insurance. I dont know what to do. I am beyond mad. I will never work with or recommend this company.
