1 /5 It’s me_H20: Terrible Customer Service!!! I helped my daughter purchase a policy. By law, any relative in your home is allowed to operate your vehicle and be covered, as long as it is not on a normal or consistent basis as long as they are not excluded! We were also informed by Accurate that if we didn’t want them excluded we would have to pay an additional premium. We called and ask them to remove the EXCLUDED drivers. The awful lady got mad at me and hung up! I spoke with American Alliance Casualty Company(Insurer) and they informed me that they don’t require the exclusions and that is something the Producer(sales person) is putting on themselves! What is it your business what we request to include on OUR insurance? Accurate doesn’t provide any coverage. They only SELL insurance. NO, we will not call you to discuss this issue. You said enough in the previous phone conversation. We will be cancelling and contacting the DOI

1 /5 Shaun Rodriguez: We made double payments, tried contacting the company several times after a incident, they hung up, never called back, never responded, and or were non compliant,
Fast forward to 6-12 months they stated that WE were non compliant, then a claim was formed towards us was because accurate auto insurance didn’t cover the incident even though we had full coverage and paid over $200 a month,
This company is not BBB accredited.
