1 /5 Cynthia Carranza: They weren’t able to help me so I had to cancel my policy and still charged me the down payment and wouldn’t give me the full refund after they had asked me to go in and sign the cancelation papers and I did but they never canceled it and now they are charging me for the days my vehicle was insured when I already had a different insurance. This place is trash.
