Advantage of by this agency I called and cancelled my policy as it was about to be up for renewal and they still chose to cash my mortgage company’s check even though I called and canceled their excuse was that I did not tell them the date so they chose to take advantage of me a little more untill this week my mortgage company called to let me know I have two policies on my home and do t bother calling corporate they have drew Kelly call and agree with you on almost everything u tell him just to tell you there’s nothing they can do but take your money on a positive i learned paying over 3k for homeowners insurance is not normal wish I would have brought this up years ago

    Katelyn Nuttall: Giving a one star because I can’t leave 0 stars for a rating. This insurance company is a JOKE! After almost 2 months of trying to contact someone to deal with an incident we finally are just now getting contacted back. The first 3 weeks their “online system was down” took another 2 weeks for someone to finally reach out. Now after another 2 weeks we get noted that theyre at a stand still. This isn’t my insurance, it’s the insurance of a driver that hit me. Good luck IF YOU EVER HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM.
