Heights Finance - Waukegan Jonathan C: 05/2025. This place is not what it used to be. I even ranked it 5 stars! They tell you they will call you back, but they never do. Its happened 3 times already. Im a customer whos never missed a payment, and yet Im treated as if Im a bad customer. I dont think I will go back to use their services, and much less recommend them to people I know like Ive been doing in the past. Its unfortunate the decline of their customer service.
