Anytime Fitness - Loves Park Kate Nash: Review of personal trainer/coach Liz Rogers:
I joined Anytime Fitness and decided to get a personal trainer about six months ago. I felt lost and broken after a really difficult year—both physically and mentally—and I knew I needed someone to help hold me accountable and help me get stronger. I was anxious about trusting my body with a trainer who didn’t know my complex medical history or possible limitations.
When I first met Liz Rogers I instantly felt drawn to her bubbly, welcoming, and supportive presence. She was so genuine, and I could immediately tell how intelligent she was—she even seemed to know more about my autoimmune disorder than many of my specialists. Early on, I said something like, “I can tell you’re going to save me,” and she replied, “I’m here to help you save yourself.” At that moment, I thought I had hit the jackpot finding Liz. What I didn’t realize then was how life-changing her impact would truly be.
Liz has helped me grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually—mind, body, and soul. She has created a safe, trusting, and empowering relationship that has helped me heal and grow in ways I never thought possible. She is caring, brilliant, funny, inspiring, motivating, and deeply genuine.
Yes, she’s helping me get stronger, but she’s also helped me believe in myself again. She’s helped me rediscover who I am, and now we’re working on building the best (and ever-evolving) version of me.
I can’t do Liz justice in just one review, but please know this: if you have the chance to work with her, she will give you everything she has to help you succeed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, fitness, and nutrition, but what makes her truly special is the way she cares. She builds a partnership based on respect, trust, and genuine support—and she will always have your back. There aren’t enough stars or words to express how much gratitude and admiration I have for Liz. If you’re lucky enough to train with her, she won’t just help you get stronger—she’ll help you change your life.
I also want to say how much I love the other staff and trainers at Anytime Fitness! I think so highly of each person and love taking the free classes included with my membership. Special shoutouts to the following awesome trainers/staff: Liv, Liz A., Brandon and Luis—thank you all for being such amazing, supportive, and fun people! You guys are the BEST!!!!
