First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.

    Jolt 7800: My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!

    Tom Vowell: This is the best place to find exactly what your looking to buy. I wanted to get my wife some earrings for our anniversary. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had to order them and when there was a problem with the shipper they ordered two more pair from another supplier for me to chose from and overnighted them. The delivery was running late and they were going to close but they told me they would stay until they were delivered. They kept in touch with text messages keeping me updated. When I went there they were exactly what I wanted. GREAT owners and GREAT customer service! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!
