4 /5 Alicia Gutierrez: I like my bank but I just sat and called my bank 7 times and NO ONE answered. Very frustrating. It’s 4 o’clock there’s no reason they shouldn’t answer.

1 /5 Natalie Edwards: I have been coming to this bank for several years and have never been treated with the disrespect I experienced recently. The tellers are always friendly, but an employee Jordan needs some training on care, compassion, and patience. As a result of my experience with Jordan, I withdrew ALL my money after banking here for a decade. It was the worse customer service I had ever experienced. I left this bank and went to another, had NO problem opening up a Trust account.
