5 /5 Rachel Sauder: Excellent gym! Zach coached our sessions, and he is very skilled at explaining the movements well so I can do the confidently learn new exercises without fear of injury. He is an excellent motivator and pushes well. Muscle ups have been a goal of mine for a while, and he gave me some really helpful cues and drills to do to get me there. They seem so much more attainable now!
The gym itself is clean, well equipped, and well designed. The community in the classes is very supportive and welcoming, both for the workout itself, but also a level beyond that and shares life together as well. It is also easily modifiable to different fitness levels.
