Gina Mills - COUNTRY Financial - Robinson
Dana Sprague: I have dealt with Gina Mills at Country Financial for several years. Initially along with my husband who understood investing and with her guidance when we retired we felt secure with our financial future. Then my husband passed away, I was lost, I didn’t pay much attention during these meetings because I knew he understood all of this! Losing half of my income and not knowing what to do next, I called Gina and she has very patiently helped me understand what we had and helped me to decide how to get the most good out of it. She always had time for me and all the questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and kind person to work with.
Tristan Robinson - COUNTRY Financial Agent - Robinson
Milburn Family: Tristan was able to get us set up with a home/auto/motorcycle bundle cheaper than what we were paying before. Not just this but made sure the premiums made sense, was able to work around my fiancé’s work schedule and was all around a pleasure to work with! If you’re considering shopping for insurance, I recommend giving Tristan a call for a hassle free quote!

    First Financial Bank - Robinson
James Higgins: Very helpful and professional took the time to make phone calls to verify and complete our transaction unlike Julie at chestnut location who just said no and couldnt be bothered to do her job or be honest and tell us she couldnt and to go to another location
    Prairie Rivers Investments - Robinson
First Robinson Savings Bank, N.A. - Robinson
Chris Lutz: Honestly its a vary good bank. People are friendly. The week day hours the bank is open is not really helpful as they open the same time most people leave for work, and close the same time most people get off. The app is a little over zealous on security. I personally only use it for balancing funds. I wish they would make a version for people that dont require all the security. It seems each time I have been forced to reset the password the app locks me out. It wouldnt be a big deal if they had after hours people to answer phones. All and all the bank is sub pair only on the basis of convenience.

Joe L: My brother and I opened an estate account for our Dad after he passed away 2 months ago. He banked at Casey State Bank (see my reviews for the Marshall and Robinson Branches for more details.) After continued issues with Casey State Bank I told my brother that I wanted to close the Casey Bank account and open it at Regions Bank. I have banked with Regions for 20+ years and have always been very pleased with the service, not just in Robinson, but at various other branches in Indiana. I called Regions in Robinson before closing the Casey Bank account, and I spoke with Trent (I think I have his name right). I told him what I wanted to do, and wanted to make sure that I was remembering everything I needed to bring. He told me what I needed and for my brother and I to come in and we could get everything taken care of. I told him that my brother lived in a different state. He asked me what state, and I told him. He said that in that state there would be several branches very near him, regardless of where he lived in the state. He stated we could do my end of the paperwork in Robinson, then find out which branch my brother wanted to go to, and he would send the paperwork to them, and they could take care of his end of things. After closing the Casey account I went into Regions and asked for Trent. Trent was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I told him the branch my brother wanted to go to. He told me that he would send it to a specific person at that branch and tell my brother to ask for him. The entire process was a breeze on my end. At the time of writing this my brother has not yet had the chance to go to the bank near him. I already have access to the account, this is just so that he can have access to the account as well since we are co-executors of Dads estate. I got a message today stating the checks were shipped yesterday.
