From helping me chose the right fit for my lobes to explaining to me the differences between all my options, I really appreciated the fact that she wasn’t pushing me to anything specifically but gave me an abundance of information and options to find the pair that spoke to me. The actual process was very swiftly done with the most minuscule pain you would have thought you were just getting a vaccine at a pharmacy! Oh and NO NEEDLES. We ignored it and continued looking for earrings, soon after we were holding the earrings and were walking around to get other things and a worker walked up. He told us I needed to empty my purse and that he had reason to believe that I had stolen! I had made it clear I had not stolen and empty my purse. As expected he found nothing and didnt apologize for his accusations. Im 37 year old and out of all my years coming here, this has never happend.

Jan Schrock: Im confused!!!! Am at the store right now... it is 7:14pm. Sign on door, on Website, and on Google maps says they close at 8pm. They locked the doors 5 minutes ago, and doorway to Mall has gate closed. We were planning on finding dresses for a wedding weekend/family reunion. No one around to help, and dont feel like we can take the time needed to try on options. Why are they closing an hour early?
