1 /5 linda erickson: Supporting small local businesses has always been important to me over the years. I took my vintage Coach watch in that had a cracked face. I was told that it could be fixed and they would call. When no call came after the time period they said it would be done, I called 2 times and emailed once to check the status of the watch. NO response from the business. After waiting another week to let them respond, I decided to go and speak in person. The woman said, "Oh youre here to pick up" when I showed her the claim ticket. She gave me my watch, I paid and spoke to her of the lousy customer service. Done....or at least thats what I thought until I wanted to set the time on the watch and the pin barely comes out. In addition, once the pin was out, the hands of the watch barely move making it impossible to set the time on the watch. So, if you like your vintage jewelry BROKEN and enjoy HORRIBLE customer service then this is the small business for you to support. If you want your jewelry fixed and responses to your emails/calls, I would recommend going to another business. Sadly, I have to find another jeweler to hopefully fix the watch which now has problems created by this jeweler.
