5 /5 Kaitlyn Marie: Late to review, but just wanted to say that Jared (not the other jewelry store, the manager at Kay lol) personally made sure that my wedding band was fitted and here on time when the first one I got didn’t work. Thank you so much! I almost had to buy a fake on Amazon just to have something for my wedding—these people are great!

First Alex was the most amazing person to help me worked within my price point and helped me find the perfect necklace I strongly recommend going to Kays I will be back and I recommend you going there as well

In the last few months we have had rings resized and soldered together as well as purchasing an engagement ring. Alex was phenomenal to work with, he is very knowledgeable about all they have to offer. The store is beautiful and they have a wonderful selection We will definitely be visiting Kay for any future jewelry needs.
