chrissy: You guys realize this is Pandora not a high end jewelry store right? I went here earlier to exchange a charm that didn’t fit my grandmother’s bracelet I bought her around the holidays. I was told at Fox Valley location I could bring it as long as its still in good condition. I was in the area and thought why not just bring it here? I went here and was treated very rudely. The lady didn’t even look at the charm just said it was over 30 days…Obviously?? I just said I bought it around the holidays. She looked at me as if I were insane for bringing it. You work at Pandora. I would get off my high horse if I were you. It was just an overall weird experience. I brought it to different location and they actually helped me out instead of saying “oh well” and going about their day. Please hire people that know how to take care of people. Terrible customer service and this is coming from someone who’s in the service industry.
Kathy: I am so glad I decide to check out Jewelry Service Center. They do beautiful work. I have been trying to find a place to repair a chain that had great sentimental value. It was repaired beautifully. I then had them Rhodium plate our 50 year old wedding bands and my engagement ring. They look like the day we bought them.
Then on top of all that I accidentally dropped a 14k
gold chain in the store. The lady who took care of me called to tell me she found it! That tells me how honest and kind she is. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I wish I would have asked her name.

They are family owned. Which for me implies pride in their work.
