When I was looking for Long Term Care insurance, they had many companies companies and plans to choose from, since theyre an independent agent. We were so pleased with their service that we switched our home and auto policies to them from State Farm. The prices were comparable, but they took a real interest in meeting our needs. Recently we needed to files claims and theyve been standing with us, offering any help they could, and answering a ton of our questions. Marco Reyes: Unfortunately, there was a lot of shadiness associated with this specifically with timing and money. I am trying to keep this as professional as possible, but it took me a while to get my reimbursement on top of that. I began legal proceedings against this agency, and they immediately reacted to get my reimbursement over. I was charged the cancellation fee, which I suppose I understand however the amount return did not match what they charged me vs what I received. Santiago and this agency are definitely not the people I recommend and would recommend to go elsewhere.
