Dziedzic Insurance Agency: Allstate Insurance - Yorkville Martin 007: Jeffrey was my agent for almost 15 years. Unfortunately this past month i tried to get ahold of him directly a few times to go over my renewal and coverage questions before i proceeded with the cancelation. Unfortunately neither he or his staff answered to my requested phone calls. Seems like his business etiquette has changed from when we first started. To this day im still waiting for a call back from Jeffrey. Ive canceled my policies and moved on to a different insurer. If you want a cheap policy with the incorrect coverages and lack of claims response then choose Allstate.
