1 /5 Jennifer Gust: If I could give no stars I would. I lost my only sibling back in August of 2020 and was seeking assistance from this office. At first all was good, communication etc. suddenly everything came to a halt! Left messages with no call backs, asked how much money I needed to send to get things going....crickets. I understand COVID was a huge issue at that time but surely it shouldn’t have affected telephone usage!! Just be prepared to spill out all of your information and think you are on the path of getting things moving and it goes nowhere!! Death of a Loved one is hard enough but to have to tie up lose ends as well and feel as though your case doesn’t matter or they don’t have time ( maybe because it wasn’t a large estate) to help, doesn’t show very much professionally!
