Scott I worked with Patrick for over a year and failed to move forward with my drivers license situation, even after multiple hearings and many months of stress. I hired a new attorney and I obtained my license immediately on the first try, and they went about it in a completely different way than Patrick did. Looking back, I dont think Patrick knew what he was doing. He was frequently late, forgot things, and I felt like I was doing most of the work and making most of the phone calls to keep my case moving. He was pleasant to talk to, but I cannot recommend him to anybody as an attorney.

I have PTSD and my inheritance was placed into an trust which he allowed to be STOLEN last November. So, John Blumenthal and Cindy G really have one purpose now..... taking the varnish off lumber at Menards. Take your business elsewhere!

Chicago Bridge For the record, the owner of this attorney office is a landlord himself. So be careful when you are in dealing with him since he really knows how to deal with you in a very legal way. To be a tenant of his, you need to tread very carefully under his supervision. My experience with his property was ok but i wouldnt recommend him as a landlord to anyone else. As far as his involvement in this property goes, he is very unresponsive on the maintenance. The hallway would remain dirty for months. In the winter, the plaster on the ceiling would fall after the snow and it would lay there without being taken care of for a month before the cleaning person comes.
