I chose Carmens Jewelry because Carmen does all repairs in-house and this piece of jewelry is too important to my family to risk being sent in the mail. Carmen did an amazing job. The ring is beautiful, fits perfectly, and I feel assured that the original diamonds are now safely in their settings with the new prongs she added. My mom even cried when she saw how beautiful the ring looks now. Carmen is kind, trustworthy, and incredibly talented. Not to mention, it only took her one week and the prices are extremely reasonable. I cant recommend this business enough!

So I go in person to pick up my ring to take it elsewhere and they said they have the ring somewhere else and can not bring it . Excuse me you are with holding my engagement ring ! I told them I will call the cops if they do not return my ring . The lady wanted to argue with me . Horrible customer service . Never was told they would take my ring elsewhere , like why? It is just a resize adjustment.
