Dan Tharp: Ive had serious problems with State Farm in general (claims rejected without reason and etc) so I thought maybe switching to a new agent would help make things better.
Nope. Lack of communication and follow up, leaving me in the dark about how things were going on with the transfer and setting up new coverages...no call backs after several promises to do so....
....sorry....I switched to Allstate.
Saved money and now I have an agent that actually sees me as a customer, not a number.
