    Pete Miller: Weve been with Brian Strodes Allstate agency out of Pekin for home and auto for a very long time. I filed a claim after two contractors told me I had hail damage on my roof. They sent some subcontract out to look at it and said it was not hail damaged, it was blistering. Two more contracts later and a lot of arguing between contractor and insurance. My contractor finally got the roof covered. I called Brian Strodes office numerous times and never received a call back from him. When they did the initial estimate they told me I did not have hail damage on my roof but I did on my siding even and my gutters and some other things. So now they dont want to pay for the siding. They want to replace small piece of siding and take siding off of one side of the house to repair. Been fighting this for several months now and have not once been contacted by anybody from Brian Strodes agency or Allstate to see how I felt about this.

    that dude: This is my insurance company and Im swapping asap. They screwed me over on 3,800 insurance check. My house was damaged and they only paid half of what they quoted me. They are complete scams. Use any other company you can! Also there insurance adjusters ignore you very hard and do there best to screw you over and not pay. Be careful dealing with this company.
