Search Machinery Bob and figure it out. That was the "insured" name. Perfect example here. Your reply is automated or lazy. One agent retired that wrote the policy, the one who took over could care less, did nothing to help. Blamed me. For a loss of $50k+. Even told me, my account was given to him. He did not want anything to do with me. He didnt even have the address right of the equipment, despite me calling and having him see the property to adjust coverage when i moved into the new shop. You people have insurance for cases like mine, yet the all mighty dollar prevailed, and you stuck it to me.

10:06 agent returned call but person I need to talk with still unavailable. Called another Insurance Company and got some information. I called Unland again@ 1:09 PM and was able to talk with person in clams. Information received from the other Company seemed to be basically the same as for Unland. KUDOS to the Company who provided me the information I needed.
