Perfect example here. Your reply is automated or lazy. One agent retired that wrote the policy, the one who took over could care less, did nothing to help. Blamed me. For a loss of $50k+. Even told me, my account was given to him. He did not want anything to do with me. He didnt even have the address right of the equipment, despite me calling and having him see the property to adjust coverage when i moved into the new shop. You people have insurance for cases like mine, yet the all mighty dollar prevailed, and you stuck it to me.

Pete Miller: Weve been with Brian Strodes Allstate agency out of Pekin for home and auto for a very long time. I filed a claim after two contractors told me I had hail damage on my roof. They sent some subcontract out to look at it and said it was not hail damaged, it was blistering. Two more contracts later and a lot of arguing between contractor and insurance. My contractor finally got the roof covered. I called Brian Strodes office numerous times and never received a call back from him. When they did the initial estimate they told me I did not have hail damage on my roof but I did on my siding even and my gutters and some other things. So now they dont want to pay for the siding. They want to replace small piece of siding and take siding off of one side of the house to repair. Been fighting this for several months now and have not once been contacted by anybody from Brian Strodes agency or Allstate to see how I felt about this.
