1 /5 Raven: I bought my ring here 2 years ago. Brought it back on the 2nd of May & was told it took 2 weeks (16th) to put 3 diamonds back in. Came in on the 16th to a PURPLE stone & said it would take an addition week to replace that. & he wouldnt charge me for THEIR MISTAKE???! I said I was frustrated (about their mistake) & he said Ill give you $50 back good luck and go have somebody else do it. LUCKLY HES CLOSING THE STORE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

1 /5 one great one: Id called asked about a Cuban link chain he acted like I couldnt afford it.. talking about hollow and not soild gold basically what he can Get I guess I want solid gold Cuban not fake or plated.. buddys attitude spoke for its self people Will not talk to you like that in person I will make sure to stop bye and give him a piece of mind all 6"4 of my broke as that dont want no plated chain and yup I will be spending thousands of dollars that youre not going to see... just like that chain Id asked about could have possibly sold it but your attitude just like the day I had to window shop buddy didnt want to open the door so scary you shouldnt be sailing jewelry in Decatur Illinois go sell jewelry were u live warensburg

But if you send your jewelry there you better take pictures of it and know exactly what you gave him because he will give you something back different and promise you that it was the same necklace that you gave him! But other than that they have very good jewelry.
