Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. Laura Dawson Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order on April 8, 2025 for 3 items worth $140. I had to call for my items 3 times. Finally received 2 out of my 3 items on May 20, 25 and one of the two items was NOT the color that I ordered. The third item has never come!! My last attempt to call today ended with "call failed". I am out $75 and most importantly the keepsake of my grandsons rose petals. He only survived 2 days so every memento is priceless. So sad and mad at the same time.

Noah Harless Was cleaning up and found a wristwatch Id thought I lost, and these folks were Googles 1 recommended pick for a battery replacement. On my way there, the wristband broke to the watch, so I figured Id have to get the battery replaced here and order a wristband online... Nope! They got me taken care of in a few minutes. Ran me $45 for both the battery replacement and the band. Ive got some other watches laying around somewhere that need new batteries, Ill definitely be coming back to get them replaced here. Cant recommend enough!

Shavonne Pounders I stopped shopping here due to the fact that they will sell you broken items AND sell you a warranty only to not honor the warranty. I purchased NUMEROUS electronics like a dummy only for about 2 or 3 to actually work. I’m honestly convinced they just bring items from their home and employees when their tired of them and try to make a buck off of them because they very rarely ever accept a pawn when I’m in there and nothing WORKS!

Raven I bought my ring here 2 years ago. Brought it back on the 2nd of May & was told it took 2 weeks (16th) to put 3 diamonds back in. Came in on the 16th to a PURPLE stone & said it would take an addition week to replace that. & he wouldnt charge me for THEIR MISTAKE???! I said I was frustrated (about their mistake) & he said Ill give you $50 back good luck and go have somebody else do it. LUCKLY HES CLOSING THE STORE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
