5 /5 Gabrielle Dye: I can’t say enough good things about Clock Tower Community Bank! The entire staff is amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional. I handle all of my business here and truly trust them with everything. Not only are they amazing with anything related to banking, they also care so deeply when it comes to your business being successful. I can’t count all the times I’ve called one of the many people I trust to help navigate a business plan or lean in on advice to help me grow. Their customer care is above and beyond, and it’s clear they genuinely value their clients. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Christopher Johnson: One of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. There is CONSTANTLY an issue whenever I want to use my funds which causes a huge inconvenience especially if you’re in a checkout line. The customer service is awful, and then once you finally reach someone they are rude (at the macomb branch). I got told when my card got hacked that it was my fault for using it on Apple Pay (I’ve always used trusted sources and never had an issue with my other banks.) It’s just one thing after another with this branch and their app. I WOULDNT recommend switching banks to clock tower community bank or their branches.

1 /5 Nico White: I wouldnt give them any stars,but had to to make a comment. It totally ridiculous that you cant buy quarters from banks unless you have an Account!! I am an American and need American money to do laundry in my Apartment building!!! No way would I in the future get an account with a Stingy Bank!

5 /5 Kevin Maguire: Love this bank. Got an account in college and 16 years later still using them even though I live in Chicago. They give the customer attention I need and have always been there for me. Way better than any of those huge banks.
