Verify all concerns and settle any issues that I have encountered; which were next to none. Their level of security and ability to ensure transparency with their customers is something that I hold in high regard. I recommend anyone to explore them for any banking needs.

1 /5 aeris carlton: This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This bank lost my money, they have no idea where it went or where its at, its been 3 weeks since they lost it, they now say I have to wait another month to see if it "appears" and "hopefully" they can find where it went by then, I have a feeling a month from now, it will be May 15th and Ill go in there to receive my money that they lost and Ill be told another story of why its still lost and everyone will still be clueless and tell me they dont know what to tell me, theres nothing they can do about it. Absolutely ridiculous!! they do not care about their customers, they arent understanding and SO RUDE. Ive been told a different story from 4 different employees about what is going on and each one is totally different!! The manager Ashley has no idea how to handle the situation or how to even take care of the problem and fix it. She simply says "she doesnt know" and doesnt care.

1 /5 Landon Vickery: This is my 3rd time asking for small bills and 30 in my checking. And for the 3rd time I get large bills and about to find out if the dude put $30 like I need or $3 like he deposited last time. Getting fed up with this bank not listening and im about to bank somewhere else

5 /5 Danielle Goldsborough: The employees are very friendly and ready to assist, but if you’re in a hurry you’ll need to plan ahead because speed is not of virtue here.

1 /5 mm moh: Do not bank here! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Ashley the manager is not properly trained for her job is rude and lies to the banks customers just to get them out the door. Worst banking experience ever.
