The local tellers are great, but they moved all phone calls to a call center that takes on average one hour plus just to talk to a person about your local finances. Absolutely terrible service. Over the years this place has just treated me worse over time. I cant wait to give my business to Midland.

I’ve always gotten the exact assistance in a timely manner anytime I’ve called or had to make a deposit. They even took time out of their day to help me set up the the banking app when I was having trouble. I find Dieterich bank to be a pretty decent bank to be set up with.
