    Michelle Brockman: If you are looking for professionalism look elsewhere. I have had to hire different attorneys for various reasons throughout my life. You have a meeting, they tell you what they can do for you, the deadline and the cost. I have never meet with an attorney and come to an agreement on what neeeded to be done. The cost and time-frame and then completely ignored after the fact. Until now. Left voicemails and emails and its been several weeks and have not heard back once. Not sure what happened, but I guess were looking elsewhere for different representation.

    Dephannie Joung: I attempted to obtain this law office to handle an eviction case on June 6th - the original individual who was assisting me couldn’t not follow up due to family emergencies - the secretary and the billing specialist are rude; they like to scream on the phone, hang up during calls, gives you no room to talk and then they ignore the calls going into the office - I requested the call is escalated to a manager and the billing specialist then identifies herself as a manager. The excuse they kept giving is that the original person that was working my case was out of office and then proceeded to tell her personal business of why - when I asked them for their last names they said “we don’t give out our last names”. It’s June 20th and nothing has been filed - according to the secretary they do not follow up and do not call their clients to provide updates.

    Shyanne Sidwell: I was very disappointed in my representation. I live in another state and he went to court for me. I never knew what was going on because nobody ever called me or sent me anything in the mail. I always had to call him, when I did finally get ahold of him, he said he would call back, he hardly ever did. In the end I get screwed. Hes not very helpful and I even caught him lying to me at one point. I know hes an attorney but come on. I paid him upfront so I dont know if that made a difference. But I never felt like he was doing everything he could to help me. Ill NEVER recommend him to my friend and family.

    sadie pate: I hired this law firm for my son. He works nights so the communication with the attorneys office was done through me. They are affordable but very difficult to get ahold of and they do not return calls. If you have questions on your case you need to be sure and call well in advance of the court date (at least 3 weeks). I was told every time they would need to "ask Doug" and they would get back with me. They would never get back with me and they apparently could never get ahold of Doug. My son was told he had to show up for his court date the first time. So he did. Doug didnt show and the case was just continued. I called for the second date and was told they couldnt get ahold of Doug and my son could just not show and the courts would just have to accept that. That doesnt seem like the best advice to me. So again, they are affordable but be prepared to be on them like its your job and not theirs to stay in communication with their clients.

    Leah Watson: I was assaulted in December by Shawn Lowenstein and Tina Hoffman of oakwood Il. I woke up after 3 days on the floor to police arresting me for my own assault essentially as I was the only one assaulted. Im fighting a misdemeanor assault false charge while actively dying as a result of a punch to the head by Shawn Lowenstein specifically (Tina just kicked me in the stomach when I was already down) causing a severe electrolyte deficiency causing rapid weight loss, memory issues, issues with processing information and encoding new memories. I have been to er as a result of this assault over 20 times. Today the states attorneys office told me that they wont press charges because there isnt “proof” I have tons of documentation regarding this and there was no proof I assaulted anyone because I didnt so clearly they do when there is no evidence. So basically as a result of him punching me they wont charge him with assaulting me. So basically because I got punched in the head I wont get justice for being punched in the head. Unless I get justice on my own which I will. Thanks for not doing your jobs. Should say injustice instead of justice.
