Human Services Department - Robinson Silverwolf9k: They have set up the automated menu to make it difficult if not impossible to talk to a human and ask questions. They are the epitome of lazy.... They dont want to be bothered, they try their hardest to deny you benefits, if you do get benefits they dont fill out the case correctly and you end up getting less than you should, if you go in the office they are short with you and typically point you to one of the 2 forms sitting at the window (which are not the correct forms for most situations). They are so pathetic and neglectful they have had to hire a security guard for a room in which you have no access to any employees (the guard only seems to exist to shut you up and get you out if need be).
To be honest, the state needs to come in and fix this anything but hot, mess...
