This CRIMINAL covered my roof under some lame Homeowners policy and life was great until a storm hit Oregon. This CRIMINAL wouldnt answer my phone calls and he didnt cover my roof! The CRIMINAL claims that the roof was already damaged before hand, if so, why did YOU cover the roof when I came to you for home insurance? What a Horrible experience... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I cant wait to write my better business bureau review, you DAMN CRIMINAL!

1 /5 Gary Smith: BEWARE OF EUGENE EIKE a.k.a. THIEF! If I could, I would give less than one star. We decided to go with a smaller agent and keep our money local... Big mistake. Eugene Eike is a thief! My wife and I asked Mr. Eike to provide us with Auto, Motorcycle, and Homeowners insurance. When we left his office, we were under the impression that we were insured. After driving for almost a week, we found out that he had not even submitted our auto policy. We decided to cut ties and use another company. We called Eike to cancel. Three days later a charge for $1445 hits my account... From Eike.

If the insurance company I was with was going to raise my rate they would look around and find a lower rate somewhere else. Probably changed 3 or 4 times. I just got a big rate increase thru Progressive contacted Progressive said sorry maybe I assumed wrong but I thought they would contact my agent. Telling him one of there clients wasnt happy. I Waited until my insurance was almost up but no response from them. I did renew on line but I will be looking around in the next 6 months since they just want my money.
