1 /5 gergana terziyska: I tried the gym for six months. I signed up for a Pilates session, and when I canceled my membership, they said they would refund me my charges, but they never did. No one ever reached out, and the guy at the reception even hung up the phone on me.

5 /5 Kaley Sullivan: I love FFC! This club has everything you could need in a fitness facility and the staff is amazing. The club is always having special events and coming out with new wellness equipment and class formats. Could not recommend enough!

5 /5 John Estrada: If you really want a clean, professionally operated fitness center and spa, this is the place in the West Loop. Conveniently located, great employees, equipment, pools, and spa services. Plus members seem to be all very cordial with no attitudes. Were all there for the health benefits and FFC West Loop delivers.

2 /5 jonah posthumus: The gym itself has good equipment but there are some significant drawbacks I would not expect given the price for membership. 1. Lobby always seems to smell awful, especially in the summer. Totally get that its a gym, but this is worse than that and I would think that for $350+ a month for a couple membership it could have been addressed. 2. The pool area is notorious for slow service and dropping the ball should you need any sort of assistance. On one instance we rented a cabana and it took several months for us to get the food and drink credit we were told was included (also took 3-4 follow ups with various team members and managers). 3. Was told several times during sign up and throughout that we could cancel at any time (we were told this when we upgraded our membership), but upon cancelling after a year and a half they informed us that we were within a 15 day billing cycle and couldnt cancel until the next month. Upon reading, its in the fine print of the contract which is on me, but seems scammy/dishonest to have managers telling customers one thing at sign up and then the contract to say something else. I will end up paying for an extra month. Overall the gym itself is usually pretty clean and has good equipment - but for the price I would have expected better service throughout and them to address the low hanging fruit, such as occasionally smelling awful.

5 /5 RavagerDC: I love this gym, it feels almost magical. (Which is something I wouldnt normally consider a gym). The way that they make the environment is both luxurious and effective. My favorite part are their eucalyptus towels and steam room!
