2 /5 CR Neitzel: Great people. Great loan rates. Andrew in the loan department is awesome. WORST online website though. The employees I have spoken with all agree the web services are terrible. The "User Name" you use to login is not a name at all, its a bank created random number of like 13 digits. The password for this random number must be changed every 90 days. Why? Never ever had a bank or CU make me change my password every 90 days, until now. If you need a mortgage, go here. Beware of the online system.
