    Andrew Pasko: I asked to send USD cash to a bank in Mexico. They provided a list of banks I could send money to. I selected one of the banks on the list and sent money to my friend. They said the money would be available in their account in 10 minutes and they charged me $10 to send the money. Days later the money still hadnt arrived. I called their support number and it turns out what they sold me is a Moneygram transfer that can only be picked up at a Moneygram location. They provided a different service than what they told me they were giving me. They said it would go directly into the recipients bank account and it did not. It turns out that to make it deposit into my friends bank would cost more because the receiving bank will charge a transaction fee. Doing the "Moneygram transfer" is the cheaper way to send money. All of the advertised prices in the attached picture are for money order services, not the "Moneygram transfer" which is a different type of order. Changed from 1 of 5 stars to 4 of 5 stars because the business owner explained how the transfers work.

    Dayana Peck: Unprofessional and Rude Staff – Avoid This Company I had a very disappointing experience with this loan company. The employee I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and outright rude. From the start, they were dismissive, impatient, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of helping me understand the terms, they rushed through everything and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification. Customer service is a key part of any financial transaction, and this company clearly doesnt care about how they treat people. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your loan needs.

    B: After multiple issues thru the drive thru over the years . And them changing policy on check cashing to put the customer at risk I will find a diffrent bank. And if you leave a review they will email you and basically tell you your dumb or trying to scam for your feelings and cancel your account unless u respond to a message I wasnt expecting and send your money to and old address
