1 /5 Anna Anon: Its so difficult to get ahold of anyone. I asked for advice on my rate and why it was so high and the agent just told me "its an outdated plan Im sorry" but didnt offer me a new plan or any options. Such a horrible experience. Even when I cancelled my policy the agent never contacted me back and I got a random email that just said "docusign" with no other information. They didnt even tell me they were going to send it. They need better communication and customer service.
