1 /5 Justine Green: Im content with Erie Insurance, but I cannot for the life of me get someone to answer the phone at Gary Bach Insurance Agency. When something comes up or when you have questions regarding your policies (especially when that company covers all of your vehicles and all of your houses) you want to be able to speak with someone that actually cares - which it doesnt feel like Gary Bach Insurance Agency does. Because of this, I started looking for other insurance options and will be switching in the near future.

Kim and Vicki were completely condescending in their communication as though everyone is a title expert. They state that I have a tax lien against me yet can provide zero documentation as to what it is so that I can resolve whatever the issue is. Unbelievable that they state I am literally their only client that wants to resolve a potential tax lien levied against them. Sure thing! Hoping I dont have to close with this team but if I do, Ive learned my lesson and will never be convinced to use them again.

Matt: I was just denied homeowners insurance because I made a claim 3 years ago with my previous insurance company. Isnt that what insurance is required for? I also spoke to Luke Weber and he said hed call me back after a few hours. Its been a week. When I called back they put me on hold and didnt even connect me with him. They made the nice lady that answers the phone give me the news that I am "ineligible". Complete joke of an insurance company.
